The Italian Consulate in Detroit, Education Office, in collaboration with the N.O.I. Foundation, presents the initiative “Tutta la Bellezza che C’è,” a storytelling and expressive reading project in Italian for students in the Italian language program.
The activities, led by Prof. Francesca Colloredo and centered on the Albo illustrato by beloved author Sabina Colloredo, “Tutta la Bellezza che C’è,” are aimed at three groups of students in the Italian Program at Bishop Watterson High School in Columbus and will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The three sessions will provide an opportunity to converse with the students, who have been working in class with their Italian teacher, Prof. Demetrio Antolini, on the beauty of Italy, its history, and its culture through the ballads and splendid illustrations featured in the illustrated book, provided by the Consulate’s Education Office to each student.
