To celebrate the XI Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, in collaboration with the Honorary Consul of Italy in Nashville, TN, Christopher Caputo, this Consulate will present the event The World of Italian Rice and Sparkling Wine on November 18, in Nashville, TN.
The event will take place starting at 5pm in the Baker Donelson office (1600 West End Avenue – Suite 2000, Nashville, TN 37203) and it will consist of a series of presentations on the traditional rice production and the Italian wine patrimony by the expert Emanuela Panke. It will include a cooking demonstration and tasting of an entire menu of rice-based plates curated by Italian chef Francesco Del Noce.
