The Consulate is pleased to inform the public that, starting September 23, a telephone assistance service will be available to help users aged 60 and over in booking appointments online through the Prenot@mi portal and complete registrations on FAST IT.
The service will be available every Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. by calling (313) 798-9003.
This service is in addition to the Consulate’s telephone information service for consular matters, which has been available since last February, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the same number: (313) 798-9003.
