Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo – Events in the Schools in the Detroit Consular District

The Consulate of Italy in Detroit is pleased to announce the initiative “The Art of Simplicity: Discovering Italian Cuisine”, to celebrate Italian Cuisine Week in the World 2025, in collaboration with schools in the Detroit Consular Sistrict (see posters below).

The events will focus on health and culture, honoring Italian culinary traditions and values of simplicity, sustainability, and gratitude toward nature, inspired by Saint Francis of Assisi’s Canticle of the Creatures.
