Project “VoluntarItaly”, June 13th – July 3rd, 2016. Opportunity to volunteer in Italy summer camps at the Oratories of Lombardy for american college students.

In celebration of the “Week of Italian Language” (Settimana della Lingua Italiana), the Dante Alighieri Society of Michigan has announced an opportunity extended to american college students between the ages of 18 to 25, to participate in the project “VoluntarItaly”, which will take place in Lombardy in the summer of 2016. The program offers free accomodations (room and board) for three weeks, and will not only grant the opportunity to those volunteers coming from the Unites States to experience first hand the italian culture and language, but it will also give a chance to the italian children/youth to experience and by extensio improve their knowledge of the english language.
